The browser you are using is too old. OTRS runs with a huge lists of browsers, please upgrade to one of these. Please see the documentation or ask your admin for further information.
Feel free to send test E-Mails to demo@otrs.org. After doing so you can observe how they are queued (have a look into the 'test-session-raw' queue). Of course you are welcome to move them to different queues or to answer your own request. Make yourself comfortable in this demo and do not hesitate to give us feedback. The system is installed on an Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU (3 GHz) with 1 GB MB RAM and an IDE harddrive (current tickets ~110.000 - 2010-08-23).
